Refund & Return Policy

 

We want you to love your purchase. If you’re not 100% satisfied, we’re here to help.

You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in the original packaging

• You must contact us first at support@ovireo.com to get return instructions

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

 

Refunds

 

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

We’ll send a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.

 

Non-Returnable Items

 

We do not accept returns on:

• Items returned more than 14 days after delivery

• Used or damaged items not caused by our error

• Gift cards or digital items (if any)
